Keri Green is the Science Manager for the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council. She has been with the Highlands Council for nine years and her depth of knowledge in natural resource management is extensive. Keri manages the Science staff at the Council, providing technical expertise and guidance to municipalities, sister agencies, landowners and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining the Highlands Council staff, Keri worked in environmental consulting. Her skills in Rare, Threatened and Endangered species surveys, ecological inventories, and environmental sampling were utilized by clients across the country. Keri has served on the Township of Green Brook’s Environmental Commission, chair for one year. She is actively involved with Troop 129 in Green Brook, serving as a merit badge counselor.

Keri received her B.S. in Natural Resource Management and Applied Ecology from Rutgers University, Cook College. She is also a NJ Certified Teacher of High School Science.
