Tom Tagliareni is the Manager of Information Systems for the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council. Tom has more than twenty-five years’ experience in the information technology field.

Prior to joining the Highlands Council staff, Tom worked for Inspireworks as a Network Engineer responsible for designing and integrating Windows and LINUX systems for educational based software systems. While at Inspireworks, Tom developed a version control system to automate the software development lifecycle. He was also responsible for installing and maintaining Windows and Exchange servers in an effort to streamline the programs necessary for the company’s success. His work history also includes roles with Prudential and ADP involving Information System management and analysis.

Tom is a graduate of the Computer Processing Institute. He has received technical training in project management and a wide range of networking and system administration areas.
