Matthew Vitullo is a GIS specialist for the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council. His experience includes work in ecological science and field study, natural resource management, database management, spatial modeling and analysis, cartography, and graphic design.
Before joining the Highlands Council, Matthew was a GIS Specialist for the National Center for Neighborhood and Brownfields Redevelopment at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University where he worked on a variety of projects involving redevelopment, wastewater management, land use, and community planning.
Matthew earned a B.S. in Ecology and Natural Resource Management from Rutgers University, Cook College. |
