  • Training is designed for "Exemption Designees," the individuals who will be issuing exemption determinations on behalf of the municipality. *Please confirm with the municipality that you have been identified as an Exemption Designee prior to registering for this session.
  • It is recommended that each municipality assign at least two individuals to attain this certification (a primary and a backup).
  • Planning professionals or other individuals actively involved in assisting or guiding the Development Application process within a municipality may also attend.
