Every facility in New Jersey which provides housing for individuals with functional needs, elderly or frail elderly should have an All-Hazards Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan.
Managers and Directors may use the following templates, produced by the New Jersey Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, to develop or enhance
