Performance Committee
The mission of the SETC Performance Committee is to provide high-level performance oversight and advise the State Employment and Training Commission on performance standards for the workforce system.
The Performance Committee was convened in October 2012 and is chaired by Michael Metzgar, Executive Director, Workforce Development & Career Education at Raritan Valley Community College and member of the Greater Raritan Workforce Investment Board (WIB). The committee’s membership includes SETC Commission members, Local WIB members and representatives from the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
