			FEBRUARY 18, 2004: SECURE CORPS RECEIVES FUNDING FOR
			SECOND YEAR OF OPERATIONS. Rowena Madden, the director of the NJ Commission on National and Community Service, happily informed the NJSC members that the Corps has been awarded a second year grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service to continue the fine work of the NJSC!
