Ad Interim Permit Application (12k)

Attention Retailers: Ad Interim Schedule

June 24th through July 3rd the Division of ABC will process Ad Interim permits from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

Beginning July 6th the Division will process Ad Interim permits on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. only.

Presently, please note the Division of ABC will be closed on June 29th and the Division of Taxation will be closed on June 26th due to the State of New Jersey’s furlough program. These dates are subject to change. Please refer to the Division’s website for up to date information.

The fee is $75.00 plus the daily fee of $5.00 per day in the form of a certified check, attorney check or money order payable to the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. No cash, personal checks or business checks will be accepted.
