Notice of Administrative Change
Litigation Involving a Cemetery Company

   Take notice that the Division of Consumer Affairs has requested, and the Office of Administrative Law has agreed to permit, an administrative change to N.J.A.C. 13:44J-5.5 to update the PO Box for the New Jersey Cemetery Board. This notice of administrative change is published pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-2.7.

13:44J-5.5   Litigation involving a cemetery company
 
In any action or proceeding affecting or instituted by a cemetery company the cemetery company shall file a copy of the complaint, the answer, the final judgment, order, notices of appeal, petitions for certification or settlement agreement resolving the matter with the Board, addressed to New Jersey Cemetery Board, PO Box [45031] 45036, Newark, NJ 07101, and the Attorney General, addressed to RJ Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 112, Trenton, NJ 08625-0112.
