NEW JERSEY BOARD OF NURSING

N.J.A.C. 13:37-9.5

Notice of Administrative Corrections
FN-CSA Education Programs

Take notice that the New Jersey Board of Nursing discovered errors in N.J.A.C. 13:37-9.5. Effective March 17, 2008, N.J.A.C. 13:37-9.5(c), which sets forth the curriculum that students in forensic nurse-certified sexual assault are required to complete, was amended, revising and restructuring paragraphs (c)1 through 30 as (c)1 through 15. See 39 N.J.R. 1997(a) and 40 N.J.R. 1677(a). However, cross-references in N.J.A.C. 13:37-9.5(d) to the curriculum paragraphs as formerly codified were not amended. Through this notice of administrative corrections, published pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-2.7, those cross-references are updated to correspond to the new curriculum provisions.

Full text of the corrected rule follows (additions indicated in boldface thus; deletions indicated in brackets [thus]):
