A copy of Director Larry DeMarzo’s comments (on behalf of the Division of Consumer Affairs) regarding the Division of Child Behavioral Health Services proposed rule is presented for Committee review.

B. Proposed Legislation

1. First Quarter (January 1, 2008 - March 31, 2008) Report
2. A-1184 - (Informational)
This bill would authorize the courts to waive license revocation process for child support obligors.

3. S-1060 - (Informational)
Requires conditionally discharged drug dependent persons to undergo assessment and drug treatment.

4. S-1279 - (Informational)
Delays expiration date of certain professional and occupational licenses and registrations with certain types of military service.

C. Pamphlet Laws

1. P.L. 2007, c. 07
Provides that information about residence of persons licensed by certain professional boards shall not be disclosed to the public.

2. P.L. 2008, c. 15 This bills amends special probation statute to increase participation in drug court program; permits court to reduce certain fees.
