1 Copy of a letter dated February 20, 2008 from Mark J. Mantyla, PLS, PE, PP, Assistant Township Engineer and Land Surveyor for the Township of Montville concerning the preparation of an "As Built Survey" prepared by an architect and not a land surveyor is attached for review and discussion.
2 Copy of a letter dated March 17, 2008 from Jason Lusardi, Architect, requesting a clarification of the delineation of responsibility of the licensed architect is attached for review and discussion.
