The Minutes from the June 11, 2008 Board meeting are submitted for Board approval, amendment, or correction.

The Board, at it’s February 13, 2008 meeting, voted to impose a three year suspension, sixty days active, the remainder stayed and served as a period of probation. Dr. Dendrinos is to take a Board pre-approved boundaries course, an ethics course and is assessed a penalty of $10,000. The Board reserved on the costs and directed the Attorney General to file its application within thirty days and Dr. Dendrinos then had fifteen days to respond. The Board will consider the application on the papers. The Final Order Granting Summary Decision was effective March 14, 2008 and was filed on April 17, 2008.
