Consumers who contracted with Celebration Studios and have not yet received their photographs or videos are encouraged to contact the Division by calling 1-800-242-5846 (toll-free within New Jersey) or 973-504-6200 or by e-mailing wedding.photos@dca.lps.state.nj.us to arrange for the pickup or delivery of their merchandise.

Division shall provide any consumers and photographers and/or videographers who are still in possession of the consumers' merchandise with the opportunity to resolve their disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") Unit of the Division, upon the agreement of both parties.
