5. Postal Money Order in the amount of $500.00 received from Mr. Clark, Unlicensed, as the first installment of a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.00 for violation of N.J.S.A. 45:5A-9 and N.J.S.A. 56:8-1. The balance due is $500.00.

JAMES GANDY, UNLICENSED

6. Postal Money Order in the amount of $100.00 received from Mr. Gandy, Unlicensed, as the fourteenth installment of a civil penalty in the amount of $2,500.00 for violation of N.J.A.C. 13:31-3.3 and N.J.S.A. 45:5A-9. Payments started May 25, 2007 and the balance due is $1,100.00.

7. Letter received June 9, 2008, received from Frederick R. Kisby, III, Fred R. Kisby Jr. Electrical Contractor, requesting a six-month continuance of business under Permit #3694 according to N.J.S.A. 45:5A-14. The licensee, Frederick R. Kisby, Jr., died on October 10, 2007.

Mr. Kisby has requested to take the October 2008 examination.
