ELECTROLOGISTS ADVISORY COMMITEEE A. CALL TO ORDER This scheduled meeting of the Electrologist Advisory Committee was called to order at 10:10 a.m. in the Somerset Conference Room, 6th floor, 124 Halsey Street, Newark, New Jersey. The following Committee Members were present for this meeting:

Staff present: Executive Director Leslie G. Aronson Public present: None A quorum was present for the meeting. In accordance with Chapter 231 of P.L. 1975, more commonly referred to as the Sunshine Law, adequate notice of this meeting was provided by mailing to the Office of the Secretary of State, The Star Ledger, The Trenton Times, The Bergen Record and The Courier Post. B. APPROVAL OF PUBLIC MINUTES On a motion of Ms. Moskowitz seconded by Ms. Kraut unanimous vote of the Committee, the July 10, 2006 Public Session Minutes were approved. All in favor. C. PUBLIC COMMENT None D. ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Report by Executive Director Leslie G. Aronson Executive Director Aronson reported that there were 21 licensees who did not respond to the office premises application. The Committee determined to request the Enforcement Bureau to inspect these licensees first. Executive Director Leslie G. Aronson spoke on the Committee President Mariliyn Kraut resigning and the outcome of the meetings. Ms. Aronson we will not be able to have meeting without a president. Ms. Arosnon spoke on appointing some one to fill the vacancies. E. NEXT MEETING Will Be Scheduled F. ADJOURNMENT This meeting of the Board was adjourned at 10:49 a.m.
