Announcement of Quorum

In accordance with Chapter 231 of P.L. 1975, more commonly referred to as the Sunshine Law, adequate notice of this meeting was provided by mail to the Office of the Secretary of State of New Jersey, The Newark Star Ledger, The Trenton Times, The Bergen Record and the Courier Post.

Provides for religious accommodation regarding admission procedures at licensed health care facilities.

Licensure of massage and bodywork therapists.

C. Regulations Committee

N.J.S.A. 45:8B-38

The Regulations Committee has suggested consideration of options for the selection of an accrediting body pursuant to N.J.S.A. 45:8B-38. The ACA listing is presented for discussion.

VI. CORRESPONDENCE

Ms. Berman requests clarification of the supervised experience requirements.

VII. GRADUATE COUNSELOR EDUCATION PROGRAMS

A. New Jersey City University, Joanne Z. Brunno, J.D., Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs. Ms. Bruno writes to inform the Committee of the steps the University has taken to offer a program that will be designed to prepare students for LPC licensure.

B. Graduate Program Review

The Committee will continue discussion of the suggestions to accept consultant review of current graduate counselor education programs. A list of CACREP consultants is presented for Committee consideration.
