The Council to review the final draft (attached) of the Rules and Regulation (sunset) prepared by Regulatory Analyst, Maryann Sheehan.

II. LEGISLATION

ASSEMBLY BILLS

A. Bill A 661

Submitted to the Council for review, is assembly bill A-661. This bill provides that information about residence of persons licensed by certain professional boards shall not be disclosed to the public.

B. Bill A 3623

Submitted to the Council for review, is assembly bill A-3623. This bill establishes certificate of rehabilitation for certain persons with criminal records. (Approved 1/13/08)

Submitted to the Council for review is the "State Policy" Update, volume 10, issue 1, received from AOTA.

IV. NEW BUSINESS

REINSTATEMENT

Council to review Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants, who failed to renew their license on a timely fashion and continued to work beyond the 30 day grace period ending 10/31/07.
