NEW JERSEY STATE BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL PLANNERS
February 1, 2007
Public Session
I CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the Board of Professional Planners was convened in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act. In accordance with those provisions proper notice was made to the Secretary of State, the Newark Star-Ledger, the Trenton Times, the Camden Courier-Post, the Record and the Asbury Park Press. Board President Marge Della Vecchia, P.P., called the Meeting at 9:40 A.M. and the following role was taken:

II APPROVAL OF MINUTES
December 7, 2006
ACTION: Mr. Schwartz motioned to accept the minutes as presented. Mrs. Della Vecchia seconded the motion. The motion passed.
III NEW BUSINESS
No new business to discuss.
V OLD BUSINESS
No old business to discuss.
VI PUBLIC COMMENTS
Seeing no one from the public present, the Board proceeded to the next item on the agenda.
On a motion made by Mr. McSweeney, and seconded by Mr. Schwartz, the Public Session was adjourned at 10:05 am in order to move into Executive Session. A vote was taken and the motion carried, unanimously.
VII ADJOURNMENT
At 12:10 p.m., Mr. Schwartz motioned to adjourn the meeting, Mr. McSweeney seconded the motion and the Board unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting.
