a. Fax from Gina Gazitano, Program Coordinator, UMDNJ- SPH-Centers for Education & Training, inquiring as to whether James Cleaves, RRT/CPFT, Manager of the Respiratory Care Services at Hoboken University Medical Center, is qualified to administer Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTS) to new Firefighters in the State of New Jersey.

b. I/M/O PETRA SMITH - Licensee is inquiring as to whether CE’s from Kettering are acceptable.

c. Fax from Ms. Desai, inquiring as to how many CE’s she can have for NRP which she took from 12/1/2005 to 12/1/2007.

d. Fax from Mary Kelley, stating that she is getting 10 CE’s in respiratory related topics. She is also a registered nurse with 30 CE’s. She is inquiring as to whether the other 5 CE’s (from nursing) will satisfy the respiratory CE requirement.

e. Fax from Amit Nar, inquiring as to whether a person doing CPAP set-ups on patients in the State of New Jersey needs to be a licensed respiratory therapist, or nurse.

f. Fax from Lawrence Rudesyle inquiring as to whether the Board should be consulted about Spirometry programs offered by UMDNJ.

g. I/MO/ Gwo-Hsiang-Swei - Licensee submitted a certificate from Kettering and is inquiring as to how many of the 25.5, may she use to meet the CE requirement.
