Rule must have an annual report filed. If you
acquired a property in the past year, and the
previous owner did not update the ownership status,
you must download and complete an MDRR
Change of Status Form. |

On or about December 14, 2012 all property owners subject to the Multiple Dwelling Reporting Rule will receive an Official Government Notice regarding requirements to complete the 2012 MDRR report on-line. Please follow the instructions. You may file your annual report on line commencing January 2, 2013
