New Jersey State Law Against Discrimination states
that organizations and agents which provide the
public with employment, housing and public accommodations
are obligated to display New Jersey's Anti-Discrimination
Posters. Failure to display the required
posters is punishable by law. |

must be displayed in locations easily visible
to all employees and applicants for employment,
all prospective tenants and purchasers, all persons
seeking or using the accommodations. |
