John Ardito has an extensive criminal record including a July 2, 1985 conviction for conspiracy to influence and obstruct a jury trial in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1503 and 18 U.S.C. § 371. In October 1986, John Ardito was convicted of conspiracy in the United States District Court, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d), part of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Statute.
