On October 18, 2002, Frederick Brooks pled guilty to two (2) counts of Theft From a Casino Patron. Consequently, Frederick Brooks was sentenced on November 1, 2002 to five (5) years in New Jersey State Prison. Frederick Brooks has an extensive criminal record that dates to 1985 and includes numerous arrests and convictions. Frederick Brooks was convicted in Nevada of Larceny From the Person for which he received a sentence of ten (10) years in State Prison.
