November 24, 1979, John Hulley past posted two wagers while playing
the game of craps. As a result, Mr. Hulley won $65. Mr. Hulley was
arrested on that date and charged with a violation of N.J.S.A. 5:12-113,
cheating and swindling.
On July 9, 1981, Mr. Hulley pleaded guilty to the disorderly persons
offense of cheating and swindling and was fined by the Honorable
Gennaro Consalvo, J.M.C. in the amount of $100, suspended, $25 costs.
