Respondent,
Theresa Keller, is a New Jersey resident living at 413 Princeton
Avenue, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. On or about March 13, 1983, Respondent,
Theresa Keller was arrested and charged with prostitution, in violation
of N.J.S. 2C:34-1(a), in that Respondent engaged in sexual activity
as a business by soliciting a New Jersey State Police detective
in the Caesar's Boardwalk Regency Hotel/Casino facility. Respondent's
arrest was made in conjunction with an undercover operation intended
to apprehend individuals in the act of soliciting for prostitution
within Atlantic City casinos. |
