Christopher Lee was employed as a Casino Host for an Atlantic City casino assigned to Asian patrons. On March 16, 2004, Mr. Lee was arrested for Conspiracy to Transport Individuals in Furtherance of Prostitution and Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering. The object of the above-cited conspiracy was to "recruit and transport young Asian women to engage in prostitution at various casinos in Atlantic City in return for profit." In addition, it was charged that Mr. Lee arranged prostitution services for his casino customers. On December 3, 2004, Mr. Lee pled guilty to Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering. On or about April 6, 2005, Mr. Lee was sentenced and placed on probation for a term of one (1) year and fined $1,000.
