Q:  Does the Division anticipate immediately taking over all functions related to the receipt and review of gross revenue reports and variance reports? 

A:  The CCC will continue to perform these functions for up to a 45-day “status quo” period.  During this 45-day period the Division intends to publish regulations that will address its approach to handling these functions.
