Director's Advisory Bulletin - Internet Marketing and Bonus Programs
Dated: November 13, 2013
Division Promulgates Internet Gaming Rules
The Division has adopted Internet gaming regulations effective October 21, 2013. The public has had the chance to comment on the Division's initial proposal and the Division has made numerous changes in response to those comments. There are, however, further changes beyond what were included in the initial adoption which now require a new 60-day comment period. The 60-day comment period will begin when these additional changes are proposed for final adoption. In the interim, the Division is temporarily adopting those changes and they were effective October 28, 2013. For the convenience of Internet gaming operators and the public, the Division has combined the adopted rules and the temporary rules into one document.  This document sets forth all existing Internet rules which the Division is currently enforcing.  The document can be accessed by clicking the link above.
