Q: How does the new legislation affect the present dual locking system on table games, slot machines, count rooms, and other types of equipment?

A: The CCC will continue to perform these functions for up to a 45 day “status quo” period.  During this 45-day period the Division intends to publish regulations that will address its approach to handling these functions.  The CCC will continue to provide adequate coverage and ensure prompt response during this period.
