New Game Submissions

Q:   What is the procedure by which new games or variations on existing games that require new regulations will be approved?

A:   New games, and variations on existing games, that require new regulations must be submitted as before - - that is, by Petition consistent with N.J.A.C. 19:47-8.4. The Petition and supporting documentation must be addressed to:

Division of Gaming Enforcement
Intake Unit
2nd Floor
1300 Atlantic Avenue
Atlantic City, NJ 08401
Attn: Regulatory Prosecutions Bureau

The new game, or variation of an existing game, cannot be put into use, either in a field test or otherwise, until the Division has promulgated regulations pertaining to such new game or variation of a game.
