Legislation – P.L. 2013, c.70
Legislation, which took effect on July 1, 2014 which changes the penalties associated with using a hand-held wireless telephone (cell phone or smartphone) or electronic communication device while driving.

Sample Cell Phone Use Policy for Businesses (PDF)
The sample language is provided to assist employers in developing policy addressing employee use of cell phones and other wireless, electronic communications devices while operating a motor vehicle. Feel free to adapt this language to fit your company’s specific needs.
