| The
New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety’s
Safety Cruiser is a mobile educational tool that
allows the Division to bring it’s programs
and materials directly to local communities. The
Safety Cruiser is available to reserve for large
public gatherings such as community festivals,
fairs, and safety events. |

| The
Safety Cruiser allows the citizens of New Jersey
to access traffic safety information that will
help them improve their quality of life and enhance
their safety. In addition to reaching people at
community events and gathering places, the Safety
Cruiser enables people such as the elderly and
those who cannot travel the opportunity to receive
valuable traffic safety resources and information. |

| Numerous
safety and educational programs and materials
are available from the Safety Cruiser including
brochures, educational handouts, alcohol and drug-related
presentations, fatal vision goggle demonstrations,
child safety seat instruction, and the Sir Buckle
Up seat belt program. |
