Police departments statewide should use this reporting form to report information and data from the Over the Limit. Under Arrest. 2009 Year End Impaired Driving Crackdown. (December 7, 2009 — January 3, 2010) All departments are encouraged to complete reporting by Monday, January 11, 2010.
