The Administrative Practice - Trenton Group, includes four sections which have among their responsibilities the handling of a significant amount of administrative hearings. The sections are: Education and Higher Education, Health and Human Services, Employment Counseling, and Labor, Personnel, Community Affairs & Elections. The Assistant Attorney General In Charge has overall responsibility for the management of the practice group and provides supervision and policy direction for the handling of agency advice throughout the Division.
