General In Charge Professional Boards
The Administrative Practice Group, headed by
the Assistant Attorney General in Charge of
Administrative Agency Advice, with assistance
from two other Assistant Attorneys General,
includes seven sections which have among their
responsibilities the handling of a significant
amount of administrative hearings. The sections
are: Banking and Insurance;
Consumer Affairs Counseling;
Education and Higher Education;
Employment Counseling;
Health and Human Services;
Labor, Personnel and Community Affairs;
and Public Utilities.
The Assistant Attorneys General have overall
responsibility for the management of the practice
group. In addition, they provide supervision
and policy direction for the handling of agency
advice throughout the Division. |
