The Consumer Affairs Counseling & Professional
Boards Prosecution Practice Group, headed by
the Assistant Attorney General in Charge, includes
two sections which have substantial responsibility
for protecting consumers, through enforcement
of the Consumer Fraud Act and providing counsel
and representation to more than forty professional
and occupational licensing boards. The sections
are Consumer
Affairs Counseling and Professional
Boards Prosecution.
