The Election Law Section provides representation
and counsel to the New Jersey Division of Elections
and the County Boards and Superintendents of Election.
Among its other responsibilities, the section
is responsible for providing legal counsel with
respect to New Jersey's implementation of the
Help America Vote Act of 2002.
