The Environmental Law Practice Group, headed
by the Assistant Attorney General in Charge,
Environmental Matters, with assistance from
another Assistant Attorney General, includes
four sections which have primary responsibility
for representing the New Jersey Department of
Environmental Protection and other State agencies
which have substantial responsibilities for
protection of the environment. Those sections
are Environmental
Enforcement; Environmental
Permitting and Counseling; Cost
Recovery and Natural Resource Damages.
