Assistant Attorney
General In Charge
The Environmental Practice Group, headed by
the Assistant Attorney General in Charge, Environmental
Matters, includes three sections which have
primary responsibility for representing the
New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection
and other State agencies which have substantial
responsibilities for protection of the environment.
Those sections are Environmental
Enforcement and Homeland Security; Environmental
Permitting and Counseling;and Cost
Recovery. |
