Chief, Deputy Attorney General
The UMDNJ Section provides legal counsel and representation
to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of
New Jersey in connection with contract claims,
employment discrimination and wrongful discharge
actions, academic dismissals, and other matters
filed in State and federal courts and administrative
agencies. The section also handles labor arbitrations
and related litigation. In addition, the section
provides advice to the University on a wide variety
of academic, health care, educational and business
issues.
