The Juvenile Justice Commission Executive Board will hold its regular meeting on Monday, November 29, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, Conference Center, Room B1.

Formal action may be taken concerning the appointment of superintendents at Juvenile Justice Commission residential community homes; the adoption of amendments to regulations at N.J.A.C. 13:92 governing the Manual of Standards for Juvenile Detention Facilities; the readoption with amendments of regulations at N.J.A.C. 13:93 governing the Manual of Standards for County Juvenile Commitment Programs; the adoption of amendments of regulations at N.J.A.C. 13:97 governing the use of force by juvenile correction officers; the adoption of new rules at N.J.A.C. 13:102 governing tenure for teachers and other certified professional educators; and changes to the table of organization for the Juvenile Justice Commission.
