“It’s
-4-U-NJ” Support Program to Host Post
9/11 Healing and Recovery Seminar

WHAT:
The “It’s-4-U-NJ”
program will be offering a free seminar
on “Healing and Recovery After
9/11." The seminar will be presented
by Sara Schleifer, LCSW. Within hours
of the tragic events of 9/11, Schleifer,
a NJ licensed clinical social worker,
created the Psychiatric Hotline as well
as emergency debriefing and counseling
services.
The “It’s-4-U-NJ”
program provides free information, support
and counseling services to New Jersey
residents still impacted or affected
by post-9/11 events. The statewide counseling
and support program is sponsored by
the University of Medicine and Dentistry
of New Jersey’s University Behavioral
HealthCare and the Attorney General’s
Division
of Criminal Justice. The established
“It’s-4-U- NJ” hotline
- 1-866-4-U-NJ-911
(1-866-486-5911) is
staffed by clinicians and survivor peers
to provide information, support and
crisis intervention to all callers.
