Proposal Summary:
The Office of the Attorney General proposes
to readopt with amendments N.J.A.C. 13:80
concerning the rules governing Solid Waste,
Medical Waste, Hazardous Waste, Low-Level
Radioactive Waste and Ocean Dumping Information
Awards. The rules provide uniform procedures
and guidelines for the awarding of monetary
rewards to the public for reporting illegal
treatment, storage, transportation or
disposal of solid, hazardous or medical
waste, or the illegal discharge of certain
material into our ocean waters.
