Attorney General Peter C. Harvey will join more than 100 seniors at the Atlantic Adult Day Health Care facility to tape a 30 second Public Service Announcement (PSA) to encourage senior citizens to register and vote.

The taping of the PSA is part of the state's Be Powerful, Be Heard voting education and outreach effort as part of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) initiative launched in 2002.

Prior to the actual taping, Attorney General Harvey will visit and tour the Adult Day Health Care facility.

The State of New Jersey, Office of the Attorney General, recently received an Emmy nomination for PSA's featuring New Jersey celebrities; actors Michael Douglas and Jason Alexander, actress, singer and producer Queen Latifah and former New Jersey Net Kenny Anderson.
