McGuire Murder Case at 1:30 P.M.
Court Hearing in Middlesex County Superior Court...
Division of Criminal Justice to Make Announcement Involving McGuire Murder Investigation

WHAT:
The Division of Criminal Justice will appear in Middlesex County Superior Court today, WED., OCT. 12 at 1:30 P.M., for a court hearing in the case of State v. Melanie McGuire. The hearing is before Middlesex County Superior Court Judge Frederick P. DeVesa.

McGuire was arrested on June 9 and charged with the murder of her husband, William T. McGuire. McGuire’s severed remains were found in three suitcases off the Virginia shore in May, 2004.
