Un Hombre de Lambertville es Sentenciado a Prisión por Cultivar Marihuana en Delaware Township

TRENTON - La Fiscal General Anne Milgram y el Director de la División de Justicia Criminal, Gregory A. Paw informaron que un hombre de Lambertville fue sentenciado a prisión al haber sido culpable de cultivar numerosas plantas de marihuana en un area cercano a un rancho de Delaware Township.

El Director Paw, explicó que George Axel Wieschenberg, de 46 años, de Lambertville, fue sentenciado a 6 años en prisión por el Juez de la Corte Superior del Condado de Hunterdon, Roger F. Mahon. Weieschenberg, es ineligible durante 2 años de solicitar libertad condicional segun dijo el juez.

El 25 de enero pasado, Wieschenberg, se declaró culpable de operar un area para el cultivo de marihuana. La investigación conducida por la Policia Estatal de New Jersey empezó cuando el piloto de un helicóptero observó el cultivo de numerosas plantas de marihuana muy grandes, en una sección escondida del rancho en Rosemont Ringoes Road. Los detectives obtuvieron pruebas que Wieschenberg se encargaba de cultivar 18 plantas de marihuana, además se encargaba de regar el cultivo y remover las hojas. En la sección de Wooded, en un rancho en Delaware Township, anteriormente el sospechoso habia alquilado una vivienda, sin embargo meses antes desocupó la vivienda antes de ser arrestado en septiembre de 1007, aunque continuó con el cultivo de la marihuana.
