The Juvenile Justice Commission Executive Board will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 4th Floor, Conference Center, Room D1.
Formal action may be taken concerning the following matters: Proposal to readopt N.J.A.C 13:90, Juvenile Justice Commission with non-programmatic amendments, naming the Commissioner of Children and Families as the vice chair of the JJC Executive Board and requiring County Youth Services Commissions to submit comprehensive plans triennially; a proposal to readopt N.J.A.C. 13:91, Transfer of Adjudicated Delinquents to the New Jersey Department of Corrections without amendment; and a proposal to change the JJC’s Table of Organization to include two Deputy Director positions.
