Un ex líder de Banda de Motociclistas del Condado de Cumberland es Sentenciado por Posesión Ilegal de Armas de Fuego

TRENTON - La Fiscal General Anne Milgram y el Director de la Division de Justicia Criminal Gregory A. Paw informaron que un hombre residente en Millville fue sentenciado después de admitir su culpabilidad de posesion ilegal de armas de fuego.

Robert C. “Clean” Woodward, de 54 años, de Millville, ex-presidente de la banda de moticlistas “The Pagans” capítulo del condado de Cumberland, fue sentenciado por el Juez de la Corte Superior del Condado de Cumberland, John M. Waters Jr. a 5 años de cárcel sin la posibilidad de tener libertad condicional.

El 9 de mayo pasado, Woodward fue condenado por posesión de armas de fuego después de un juicio de 7 dias. Por cada cargo, el juez le impuso una sentencia separada de 5 años en prisión sin libertad condicional, con tres sentencias consecutivas.

El caso fue manejado por el Vice Fiscal Daniel Bornstein de la División de Justicia Criminal.

De acuerdo a la ley, a Woodward se le prohibió portar armas de fuego despues que fue condenado por robo en 1974 en un tribunal del condado de Cumberland. El 11 de noviembre de 2005, la policia estatal efectuó un allanamiento en la vivienda de Woodward en South Wade Boulevard en Millville. Dentro de su vivienda, los detectives confiscaron un revolver Smith & Wesson calibre.38 especial; un revolver British Bulldog calibre.44-, y una pistola de cañon corto 12-gauge New England.
