Un Hombre del Condado de Sussex es Sentenciado a Prision por Distribuir Pornografia Intantil a través del Internet

TRENTON – La Fiscal General Anne Milgram y la Directora de la División de Justicia Criminal Deborah L. Gramiccioni informaron que un hombre residente en el Condado de Essex, New Jersey fue sentenciado a prisión por cargos criminales de distribuir pornografía infantil a través del Internet.

El acusado es parte de tres docenas de personas arrestadas entre septiembre y octubre de 2007, dentro de la Operacion “Silent Shield”, que logró desbaratar una red de delincuentes que se encargaban de distribuir imágenes y videos pornográficos de menores de edad a traves del Internet.

La directora Gramiccioni, dio a conocer que Sean Turner, de 20 años, de Highland Lakes, fue sentenciado por el Juez de la Corte Superio N. Peter Conforti en el condado de Sussex a 3 años de cárcel y ser sometido al registro mediante la Ley Megan.

Durante una audiencia de culpabilidad, el 23 de febrero pasado, Turner admitió ser responsible de haber usado los archivos dentro de su computadora para luego copiar y distribuir multiples envios de pornografia infantile listos para ser usados por otras personas de un lugar designado en su computadora. El 24 de septiembre de 2007, mediante una orden legal, detectives de la policia estatal incursionarpn en su vivienda y en su computadora se encontro numerosos videos grabados de pornografia infantil.

La Unidad de Investigación Tecnológica de la Policia Estatal de New Jersey efectuo las investigaciones, La Vide Fiscal Betty Rodriguez represent a la Division de Justicia Criminal durante la sentencia de Turner.
