The
Juvenile Justice Commission Executive Board
will hold its regular meeting on Monday, June
8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Richard J. Hughes
Justice Complex, 4th Floor, Conference Center,
Room D1.
Formal action may be taken concerning the
following matters: a proposal to make two
amendments to N.J.A.C 13:101, Juvenile Discipline,
modifying the list of violations that are
the basis for disciplinary charges brought
against juveniles and clarifying language
setting forth restrictions on the use of disciplinary
room restriction; a proposal to readopt with
amendments N.J.A.C. 13:96, Juvenile Parole
and Transitional Services, changing the form
used to report use of force and related events
and clarifying what information must be included
on the form; a proposal that would permit
the Executive Director to enter into contracts
within the maximum amount under the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 52:34-7.1; and proposals authorizing
the appointment of superintendents at Juvenile
Justice Commission residential community homes
and secure facilities, and the Director of
the Office of Education. The meeting may include
an executive session pursuant to N.J.S.A 10:4-13.
